Before the launch of The Glamourazzis, we had attended several dozen different types of award ceremonies as individuals, over the years. We have been involved with or sponsored some of them, and some of us have even taken part in them. During that time, we noticed that some creators were shy to self-nominate if they were not already very established, but we would suggest that awards can have an even bigger impact on the careers of those that are not established yet.
